Maintenance records
What broke, and what was done.
Work orders, inspections and fault codes make up the service history of every vehicle in the fleet.
Maintenance systems are built for the garage, not for analysis. Their records are detailed but isolated: they know a part was replaced, not what the bus was doing in the weeks before.
Placed beside location and charging data, the same records become examples to learn from. This is what the lead-up to a failure looked like.
